Complete Mortgage and Loan Services Ltd was established by Mike Hill and Damian Cain in 1993 and were joined by Tony Salentino in 1997. Since that time the company has established itself as a leading mortgage packager and distributor. Following regulation of the market in 2004 we achieved authorisation from the FSA and since then have also offered competitive products and services to a growing numbers of introducers. The business covers the whole of the market including prime and sub prime mortgages as well as secured loans. The company is a founder member of the Professional Mortgage Packagers Alliance (PMPA) and we have a lender panel of more than 30 lenders. Among the facilities offered to our introducers are an online DIP facility and 24/7 online case tracking facility. With our headquarters in Hampshire, we currently employ over thirty staff and have a growing number of franchised and satellite packager businesses.

We are committed to providing and processing excellent mortgage and secured loan products from the whole of the market for distribution to the entire intermediary sector irrespective of status. Our aim is to continue the growth of both our satellite and franchise businesses under the "COMPLETE" brand within FSA guidelines. This growth coupled with our belief in providing exceptional service and training of employees will maintain and improve our reputation as one of the country's leading mortgage packagers.
