Complete Mortgage and Loan Services Ltd was established in 1993. Since that time the company has established itself as a leading mortgage packager and distributor. Following regulation of the market in 2004 we achieved authorisation from the FSA and since then have also offered competitive products and services to a growing numbers of intermediaries. The business covers the whole of the market including prime, sub prime, self certification and buy to let mortgages as well as secured loans, bridging finance, debt solutions and utility switching. Among the facilities offered to our introducers are an online DIP and online submission  facility and 24/7 online case tracking facility. With our headquarters in Hampshire, we have a growing number of franchised and satellite packager businesses.

We are committed to providing and processing excellent mortgage and secured loan products from the whole of the market for distribution to the entire intermediary sector irrespective of status. Our aim is to continue the growth of both our satellite and franchise businesses under the "COMPLETE" brand within FSA guidelines.
