Packager and distributor, Complete Mortgage and Loan Services (Complete) has announced that it is offering a referral fee of £100 to brokers whose clients use legal services from one of its panel solicitors provided by leading legal services outsourcing provider, LMS, for both remortgages and purchases.

In order to use Complete's panel solicitors and earn the additional £100 referral fee, brokers simply need to tick the relevant box on Complete's' generic application form which is available online via their website or Trigold users can access it via the ETC option. On completion Complete will pay the £100 referral fee along with a market leading procuration fee. The offer is even open to brokers submitting business direct to lenders who can also earn the £100 referral fee. This referral fee of £100 is paid to brokers where the product chosen doesn't qualify for "The Complete Deal", a separate offer that provides a range of free valuations and discounted legal services linked to the value of the mortgage transaction. The very competitive all inclusive remortgage fees start from £399 for transactions up to £200,000.
