Complete Mortgage and Loan Services (Complete) is hosting a sub-prime round table event at St Mary's football stadium in Southampton on Tuesday 19th September. It is open to all mortgage brokers that have pre-registered on the newly updated Complete website. For attendees only, there is the chance to share in over £200,000 worth of application fee refund vouchers in the style of "cheque books". These can be used in conjunction with sub prime schemes offered by most of the lenders that attend the event. A free prize draw will also take place on the day with the chance to win one of five top-of-the-range satellite navigation systems. Entry is simple, every online enquiry received before the event will be entered into the draw, so the more enquiries brokers submit the better chance they have of winning. Representatives from seven sub prime lenders (Salt, GMAC-RFC, Unity Homeloans, edeus, DB Mortgages, Future Mortgages and Kensington) Tristan Pile, Complete's Head of Sales and Marketing, said: "The Complete sub prime round table event will give attendees the chance to hear from significant new market entrants such as edeus, db Mortgages and Salt as well as some of the more established sub prime players. The advent of these new entrants is bound to make the market even more competitive, so we are sure that brokers will welcome this opportunity to hear about the new products and services at first hand from the lenders themselves. In addition, the distribution of over £200,000 worth of application fee refund vouchers will provide brokers that attend the event with valuable benefits that they can use to market themselves to their customer base. We are expecting a lot of interest in this event, so early registration is advisable to avoid disappointment". |
