Complete Mortgage and Loan Services Limited (Complete) has announced the availability of free legal fees on almost all sub prime remortgage schemes available from its panel of 33 lenders. The service is provided by LMS, the conveyancing administration specialists. A reduced fee of £295.00 is also available on prime and buy to let remortgage cases.

Complete is also offering brokers the option of a free valuation and just a £95 application fee on a large selection of schemes provided by their panel of 33 lenders. The £95 application fee is reduced from the normal application scale fee cost and it complements the existing offer of free legal fees on remortgage business. Brokers can either opt for the free legal costs, or the £95 application depending on what suits their client best.
