Complete Mortgage arid Loan Services (Complete) has announced the winners of its inaugural annual awards, held at Southampton Football Club. Photographs of the winners collecting their awards are in the Events Photo Gallery here.

Sponsored by Rooftop, Complete's internal awards for service excellence, familiarly known as "Who Cares Wins" were made to Complete BDM, Christian Rolfe (directors award), and Claire Budden, head of underwriting, (staff award).

Three awards sponsored by Complete were made as follows: Best Buy-To-Let Lender - BM Solutions; Best Specialist Lender - SALT; and Best Self Cert Lender, Kensington Mortgage Company.

Complete's satellites and franchises had their own class, with Best Franchise: (Sponsored by Kensington) being won by Complete Elmswood eu, and Best Satellite Packager: (Sponsored by Salt) being won by The Mortgage Packager.

External awards were as follows: Best Onsite Underwriter: (Sponsored by BM Solutions) went to Gail Mitchell of Kensington; Best Broker - Buy to Let: (Sponsored by GMAC-RFC) was awarded to Phoenix Loans; Best Broker - Residential - (Sponsored by db mortgages) went to West End Mortgage and Loan Services and Best Valuation Firm: (Sponsored by edeus) was won by Countrywide Surveyors.
