Our new website receives the highest rating of five stars in the November - December issue of Mortgage Adviser Magazine. The article that follows is taken from Mortgage Adviser...

Packager and mortgage distributor Complete Mortgage and Loan Services has relaunched its website. The new design updates the look of the website with improved functionality in addition to the key features from the previous website. The updated functionality to be launched on Complete's website shortly includes the ability for advisers to check their own procuration fee statement online, a buy-to-let calculator and exclusive online resources for satellites and franchises.

We say...
Plus points...The website has a busy feel to it although the layout remains clear and unmuddled. This fact means that all the above resources are easy to locate as a banner system is situated at the top of the page. Additional areas of interest for advisers include various downloads of lenders' printable documentation and an events calendar. There is also information about secured loans, mortgage deals and exclusive deals for advisers who are registered with Complete.

Could do better..,
To use this facility advisers have to register. To access the features an adviser would need to fill in a simple online form including their name, company name and FSA number.

Mike Abrahams, director and senior adviser for Southampton- based West End Mortgage & Loan, said: "When it first launched its website, it had very much a basic and rather disjointed format however the improvements have totally changed this, "The latest version is the complete package. It tells me everything I need to know in order to conduct business. The new features are great, particularly the online case tracking system, which allows me to know exactly which stages my clients' cases have reached. "This business is so competitive and clients want to be kept up-to- date. It is to the point where consumers will go elsewhere if they cannot get that level of service and information. "The new features are accurate and, from a purely selfish point of view, it lets me know when I am due to be paid.
